How orders are fulfilled
All alcohol purchases in Ontario are fulfilled through the LCBO, the province's sole legal vendor of record. When you place an order on Nomikai, the AGCO-licensed agent arranges the purchase on your behalf through LCBO consignment or private ordering channels.
Delivery area
Nomikai currently delivers to addresses within Ontario only. We are working to expand to additional provinces — join the waitlist to be notified when your province becomes available.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery within the Greater Toronto Area is typically 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Deliveries to other Ontario addresses may take 5–10 business days depending on location and product availability.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees vary based on order size and destination. Fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order. We partner with licensed delivery providers to ensure safe, compliant transport of your order.
Signature & age verification on delivery
All deliveries require a signature from a person aged 19 or older. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at the time of delivery. If no eligible recipient is available, the delivery will be reattempted or held for pickup.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your order status at any time from your account dashboard.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, weather, and carrier schedules. Nomikai is not a delivery service — fulfilment is arranged through LCBO-authorized channels.
