Return eligibility
Because all alcohol purchases in Ontario are fulfilled through the LCBO as vendor of record, returns are subject to LCBO return policies. Products may be returned if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or materially different from what was described.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect orders
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered (wrong item, wrong vintage, etc.), contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of alcohol products and provincial regulations, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect quantity ordered. Please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order in question and choose "Request return." Alternatively, contact us directly and include your order number and a description of the issue.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Delivery fees are refunded only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Return policies reflect Ontario regulations as administered by the LCBO. Policies may differ by province as Nomikai expands to additional markets.
